Patient Recruiting Expertise

CTN Clinical Research has the necessary patient recruiting expertise to enroll clinical trial volunteers on a continual basis. We maintain an extensive internal database of more than 8,500 prospective and past patients; and more than 15,000 patients among our physicians on staff. Our database includes healthy volunteers and special patient populations. With our dedicated recruiting department, we are able to meet and exceed enrollment goals.

Because our facility is strategically located in a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone, it allows us to serve the local underprivileged and underserved surrounding communities. There are multiple buses that pass by our location, making it easily accessible to anyone throughout Houston. Additionally, we are able to offer transportation during certain studies and make the extra effort to ensure our patients take advantage of this opportunity.

Patient Demographics

Clinical Trial Network’s database is made up of more than 8,000 pre-qualified candidates of various genders, races, ethnicity and age. In addition to this database, we have strategically located our offices in an underserved and underprivileged area in the heart of Houston, Texas. Home to more than 2.2 million people, Houston is one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the United States. This allows CTN access to virtually every type of demographic and ethnicity, and in-turn provides an ideal database of potential candidates for sponsors.  Our current database reflects the following demographics:

  • 50 percent African American
  • 20 percent Hispanic
  • 10 percent Caucasian
  • 20 percent Asian
