Community Health Fairs

CTN’s Health Fair is an educational and interactive outreach event designed to provide basic preventative medicine and medical screening to the community.  Traditionally offered throughout the community in places such as work sites, churches, schools, etc., we utilize these health fairs to educate the public on all aspects of health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle improvements. Topics generally include Cholesterol, Diabetes, Heart-related issues and general topics related to healthy living.

Health Fairs are advertised and promoted ahead of time and are usually  one-day events targeted at   those who aren’t fond of visiting a doctor’s office or can’t afford to, but want to learn more about how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Attendees can expect to have access to our CORP health fair where they will be able to have a mini-check up in a relaxed atmosphere. Health fair participants will also gain access to preventative health education and screening services such as cholesterol testing, blood pressure screening. These programs promote early diagnosis and treatment of disease, educate families on health management topics, and maximize the community’s health care resources.
